How to upgrade from PIX4Dcloud to PIX4Dcloud Advanced?
A direct upgrade option is unavailable. To upgrade:
-
Purchase a new PIX4Dcloud Advanced license.
Purchasing before cancellation may result in overlapping invoices. Credits remain unaffected unless the account is inactive for more than two months.
Note: Upgrading the PIX4Dcloud license does not affect credits.
Credits will be deleted only when the system detects that the user account has not had a valid license for more than two months.
How to downgrade from PIX4Dcloud Advanced to PIX4Dcloud?
Downgrading follows the same procedure as upgrading:
-
Purchase a new PIX4Dcloud license.
How many users can share the same license?
There is no user limit under Organization Management.
-
Owner, Manager, and Editor roles: Full access to create, edit, and delete resources.
-
Reader and Member roles: Limited access.
