How many images can I process in a single project?

Each project can include up to 4000 images. The number of images and total projects depends on the active subscription or credits.

How to buy more projects, image allowance, or credits?

During the trial, users can upgrade by purchasing a subscription from the Pix4D Store.

  • Allowance-based accounts: Upgrade via Manage my subscription plan.

  • Credit-based accounts: Follow How to purchase credits? for instructions.

How to upgrade from PIX4Dcloud to PIX4Dcloud Advanced?

A direct upgrade option is unavailable. To upgrade:

  1. Cancel the current license.

  2. Purchase a new PIX4Dcloud Advanced license.

Purchasing before cancellation may result in overlapping invoices. Credits remain unaffected unless the account is inactive for more than two months.

Note: Upgrading the PIX4Dcloud license does not affect credits.
Credits will be deleted only when the system detects that the user account has not had a valid license for more than two months.

How to downgrade from PIX4Dcloud Advanced to PIX4Dcloud?

Downgrading follows the same procedure as upgrading:

  1. Cancel the current license.

  2. Purchase a new PIX4Dcloud license.

How many users can share the same license?

There is no user limit under Organization Management.

  • Owner, Manager, and Editor roles: Full access to create, edit, and delete resources.

  • Reader and Member roles: Limited access.

Projects without geolocation

Projects created directly in PIX4Dcloud must include geolocation data.
Projects uploaded from PIX4Dmapper can be processed without geolocation but with reduced accuracy.

Output coordinate system

The horizontal and vertical coordinate systems can be selected before processing.
For projects using AutoGCPs, the output coordinate system matches the GCP system.
