Fixed the issue where the Transfer to ArcGIS Online integration sometimes failed to transfer especially large files.

- Fixed the issue where the web UI’s 3D editor sometimes rendered Autotags in front of Gaussian splats.
- Fixed the issue where the web UI’s 2D editor sometimes displayed triangle-shaped artifacts while rendering orthomosaics.
