February 13th, 2026 - Support for new server cluster (Switzerland)

What's new:

• A new cluster of servers is available in Switzerland.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed the issue where DXF design overlay layers could be reordered in the web UI’s 2D/3D editor layers list.

• Fixed the issue where it was not possible to open or download individual images with the web UI. 

January 21st, 2026 - Support for new server clusters

What's new:

• New clusters of servers are available in Australia, Brazil, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.

Improvements:

• More comprehensive and clearly defined 2D background maps. 

Bug fixes:

• Fixed the issue where the Transfer to ArcGIS Online integration sometimes failed to transfer especially large files.

• Fixed the issue where the point cloud sometimes flickered or reloaded in the 3D compare mode.
• Fixed the issue where the web UI’s 3D editor sometimes rendered Autotags in front of Gaussian splats.
• Fixed the issue where the web UI’s 2D editor sometimes displayed triangle-shaped artifacts while rendering orthomosaics.

January 16th, 2026 - Enhanced 3D Editing, Seamless Credit Processing, and Improved Layer Alignment

Improvements:

• The web UI’s 3D editor does not render points that were disabled and then uploaded with PIX4Dmatic.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed the issue where annotations created with PIX4Dcatch while collecting a dataset were not consistently aligned with other layers.

• Fixed the issue where some orthomosaic GeoTIFFS could not be downloaded during the retention period.
• Fixed the issue where processing would not start automatically after buying credits. 
• Fixed the issue where PIX4Dcloud Pro Professor license owners could not access Pro features.
