The road object detection tool is an algorithm that detects manholes, drains, and poles from images.
To run the automatic feature extractions:
- Run Terrain classification algorithm
- Click Automatic feature extraction
. - Select the object:
- Manholes.
- Drains.
- Poles.
- Click Detect object.
Note: To improve the results, it is highly recommended to first run the Terrain classification, so the algorithm is applied only to terrain points.
