      Project is too big to zip - PIX4Dcloud

       

      When very large projects are processed on PIX4Dcloud, it is sometimes impossible to download the results folder.

      Error description

      The Export to PIX4Dmapper section of the Files > Results page of the project:

      • Shows the ERROR label.
      • Displays the message Project is too big to zip.
      • Has no Download button.

      Cause

      The Cloud server cannot successfully zip the project for technical reasons, as the size of the results folders is too big to be compressed for the download.

      Solution

      The output files can still be obtained by downloading them individually. For more information about downloading single output files: How to download the results from the Cloud.
