If you are switching from a trial license to a paid license you need to log out of desktop application and log back in to activate your license. The license redeem page has nothing to do with it.

Hi, I did all the processes to remove the Pix4D desktop application and then reinstall, I still have the Error e0709 code, and my trial days are from 10 to 7 now so I would like to solve this as soon as possible ! ( I am in Quebec so I had to change my laptop time in march, I think that is why it's bugging now. Thank for your help !
Which is the time zone set in your machine? Could you please check that the current time on the machine is not earlier than the last time you used the software. This error can happen if the machine's clock gets set back for whatever reason.
Additionally, please try to uninstall completely (not repair or modify) and reinstall the software following the steps described here:
1. In the Search Windows type, type program and select Add or remove programs in the Settings list. 2. Scroll to find Pix4D Desktop and click the application. 3. Click Uninstall. 4. On the path where Pix4D desktop (Pix4Dmapper) is installed: C:\Program Files\Pix4Dmapper make sure this folder does not exist anymore. If it exists, DELETE this Pix4Dmapper folder. 5. On the following path: C:\Users\pix4d\AppData\Local\pix4d make sure this folder does not exist anymore. If it exists, DELETE this Pix4Dmapper folder. 6. C:\Users\pix4d\Documents\pix4dmapper make sure this folder does not exist anymore. If it exists, DELETE this Pix4Dmapper folder. 7. On windows the search bar type: regedit and then search for the folder stored in the path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\pix4d and make sure this folder does not exist anymore. If it exists, DELETE this Pix4Dmapper folder. 8. Restart the computer.
Well it seems that there is a time issue with this computer. Maybe you can try with another computer'. For now you have two free seats for your trial license.

It worked this time, I have done all the other steps 3 times before but it was a fail every time. So one thing I have done this time, is that my clock was set manually, because when we had a time change last month I noticed that for the first time (new laptop) the time wasn't updating automaticaly so I had to force it to change, but doing that, the sync was off so I put it back on and reinstall and it's working.

Hi Dominic, What Marco meant was, the license is floating, it can be used on two devices at one time (You can be logged into two devices and use it simultaneously). This is the case for trial. The monthly license can also be used on two devices. The perpetual license can be used on one device.

Hi Daniel, This is because you have a single device desktop license. This does not give access to the cloud. You can reach out to our sales team in case you want to process in cloud.
