License key activation, Pix4D credit voucher codes, and coupon codes

License activation and redemption of Pix4D credit vouchers is the process required to let the license validity period start running and to assign the license or add more Pix4D credits to a Pix4D user account (or to a Pix4D organization). In this way, that user (or the members of the organization) can access the full set of product functionalities.

Coupon codes are discount codes that can be used during the checkout process when purchasing on our e-commerce page.

License keys and Pix4D credit voucher codes

Introduction

• Licenses keys: These codes refer to a specific product. This code is usually shared with the user by a Pix4D sales representative or by a Pix4D reseller. Licenses purchased on the e-commerce are assigned directly to the account of the person purchasing it, and don't need to be redeemed.
• Credit voucher codes: These codes are equivalent to License keys but refer to Pix4D credit packages. Similarly to License keys,  this code is usually shared with the user by a Pix4D sales representative or by a Pix4D reseller. 

How to redeem license keys or credit voucher codes

First, ensure there is a Pix4D account. If not, create an account following the Sign up instructions. Then, to redeem a License key or a Voucher code:  

1. Go to the redemption page. If prompted, log in with the credentials of the Pix4D account to which the license or Pix4D credits should be attached or the credentials of the organization's owner.
2. Enter the license key received in the PDF License certificate or the Voucher code present on the flyer. Make sure you are logged in with the correct Pix4D account.
   
3. Click Redeem.

The license is now active and associated with the Pix4D account (or the Pix4D organization). The Pix4D application can be used with its full functionalities.

• In the case of rental licenses, the validity of the rental period starts with the activation.
• In the case of perpetual licenses, the validity of the included Support and Upgrade (S&U) starts with the activation.

Coupon codes

Introduction

Coupon codes are meant to be used in combination with the purchase of a Pix4D product from our Pix4D e-commerce page. 

How to redeem coupon codes

First, ensure there is a Pix4D account. If not, create an account following the Sign up instructions. Then, to redeem a Coupon code:  

1. Go to the Pix4D e-commerce page.
2. Select the product you are interested in and click Select your plan.
3. Select the plan you are interested in and click Buy now (voucher codes can be applied to only on online payments).
4. Make sure you are logged in with the correct email address and select the payment method and click Continue.
5. In the Order summary on the left column, click I have a discount coupon.
6. Insert your coupon code and click Add.
   
7. The total price will change based on the properties of the coupon code.
