Tengo un problema, al momento de generar el informe de calidad sólo me aparece descargarlo en XML pero no en PDF, cómo puedo solucionar eso?
Hola Erick,
Check your email inbox. I have sent you the pdf report you need :) It should come as a OneDrive link.
Hello All.
RE: Scenario. I multiple users (colleagues) using the Pix4Dcatch "trail" app from their I-phone. I have the desktop Pix4Dmapper and Pix4Dcloud package with two desktop licenses.
How do I gain full access to their 3D imagnry that was created through the Pix4Dcatch trial version?
For future usage, do each of my colleagues need to have their own Pix4D subscription account to keep that 3D imagery and point cloud data? Can they transfer rights to my account, or do they need to pay another subscription fee?
Best regards
Hi Sean,
Can you confirm that I understood correctly before answering your question:
- Some colleagues of yours use Pix4Dcatch to make the acquisitions and do not have a license associated with their Pix4D account, if any.
- Your user account has a Pix4Dmapper and a Pix4Dcloud license but you do not use Pix4Dcatch to make the acquisitions
What is your final goal? Do you want to upload the images directly to Pix4Dcloud or do you need to export the images to process them in Pix4Dmapper or keep them on a sharing platform or a mix of these options?
Hi,
I have downloaded the file individually (file was too big to ZIP), then tried running on PIX4dMapper software but the results are nowhere to be found. I am trying to make a video flyover but without the results, this cannot be done.
Please help.
Hello Jason,
You have to download the complete project to open it on the Pix4Dmapper software. Downloading the individual files won't allow you to open it using the Pix4Dmapper software. For your case, if you can't download the complete project, you have to process the project on Pix4Dmapper again to create a flyover video.
Hi Kapil,
I have also downloaded the project through PIX4Dmapper, still no results are shown
Hi Jason,
Thanks for your patience. Could you please create a ticket for us in support? Please send us the project ID. We would like to troubleshoot this with you
Kind regards,
