This article outlines the most common reasons for not finding the licences after purchase and provides solutions.

Issue description
A license might not be visible in the license selector after logging in to PIX4Dfields, or it may be associated with a different organization account than the one used for making the purchase.
Before starting with the troubleshooting, ensure the license is currently missing:
- Go to https://account.pix4d.com/ and log in with your Pix4D account.
- Under Your organizations, select the Dashboard of your organization holding the license(s) you want to check.
- On the left sidebar, select Plans and Licenses.
- Make sure your license is listed in your Plans and Licenses list of the selected organization.
- If the license appears in your organization's Plans and Licenses list, make sure this Organization is set as the Default Organization.
- If the license is not listed, try to select other organizations and see if the license is assigned to another organization.
- If the license is not listed in any of your organizations, continue reading the Solutions section below.
Solutions
The license is under an organization that is not set as the default organization
Before using the PIX4Dfields desktop application, when having more than one organization, the user must select the Organization from which the license will be taken. This is done by setting the Default Organization:
- Go to https://account.pix4d.com/home.
- Click Account settings on the left.
- Under Personal preferences, click Edit.
- Go to the section called Default organization. Click on the downward-pointing arrow (v) to choose the preferred default organization.
The license is assigned to an organization of which the user is not a member
When a purchase is completed, the license is assigned to the organization linked to the account that was logged in at the time of purchase.
- If the purchase was made from an account belonging to a different organization, or if a different account was used during the transaction, the license may not be correctly assigned to the intended user.
- In such cases, it is recommended to verify which account received the invoice.
- Once the correct account and organization associated with the license have been identified, the organization's owner can be contacted to request an invitation to join the organization.
- If this is not possible, Pix4D technical support can be contacted to request a license transfer to the appropriate account.
The transaction is taking a long time to process
For invoices with larger amounts, please allow up to 24 hours for the license to be processed and created.
- Please wait 24 hours after the purchase.
- If after 24 hours the license has not been delivered, please contact Pix4D technical support:
- Visit https://www.pix4d.com/support/
- Click Get support and the Pixie chatbot will open.
- Select PIX4Dfields and describe your problem.
- If the infromation provided is unhelpful, click Create a support ticket.
- Fill out the support form with the email address of the Pix4D account used for the purchase. Make sure to select your product in the Product or topic your requests about field and Payment as Topic of your request.
