What is the PIX4Dcloud Pro license

The PIX4Dcloud Pro trial license is designed for users who want to evaluate the advanced features of PIX4Dcloud before purchasing a subscription. The trial is valid for 15 days and includes 40 processing credits.

The included credits allow the processing of approximately:

  • 1,450 images captured with PIX4Dcatch

  • 200 images captured with a 20 MP camera

  • 95 images captured with a 42 MP camera

If the trial expires without a purchase of a PIX4Dcloud or PIX4Dcloud Pro license, all datasets processed during the trial are deleted 30 days after the expiration date.

Trial limitations

Starting on March 31, 2025, the PIX4Dcloud Pro trial provides access to Pro features with the following limitations:

  • Outputs generated after processing (Orthomosaic, DSM, Point Cloud, 3D mesh, and Gaussian Splat) cannot be downloaded or exported and are available for visualization only in the PIX4Dcloud user interface.

  • The PDF annotation report cannot be downloaded.

  • Annotations created in the PIX4Dcloud user interface cannot be exported.

How to get a PIX4Dcloud Pro trial license

If no PIX4Dcloud license is active

  1. Go to the PIX4Dcloud page.
  2. On the top bar, click Start free trial.
  3. If not already done, sign up or log in.

The PIX4Dcloud Pro trial starts immediately and is valid for 15 days.

If a PIX4Dcloud license is already active

  1. Go to the PIX4Dcloud page.
  2. On the top bar, click Log in and log in with the credentials of the Pix4D account.
  3. Click the user icon to open the user menu.
  4. Below the email address, click Try PIX4Dcloud Pro..

The PIX4Dcloud Pro trial starts immediately and is valid for 15 days.

Note: In this case, the trial does not provide additional credits. Any projects created and images processed during the trial are deducted from the existing PIX4Dcloud credit balance.
