A 15-day trial is offered to new users after the creation of an account.
Which payment options are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard (all countries), and American Express, Discover, and JCB (for selected countries) are accepted. Wire transfers are also possible (contact our Sales team for this option).
How to add, update, delete credit/debit card details?
Managing credit/debit card information can be done from the Account Settings section of the personal account. A detailed explanation in Managing the credit/debit card information.
Can a one-month subscription be purchased?
Yes. Pix4D subscriptions are renewed monthly or annually. In order to stop being charged, the subscription needs to be cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle (see How to change or cancel a subscription). To use Pix4D in the future, a new subscription needs to be purchased, which will default to monthly or yearly renewal.
How to change or cancel a subscription?
Modifications or cancelling of a subscription are available at any time from the subscription page. Any downgrade changes, including cancellations, will be reflected only at the end of the existing billing cycle. If a subscription is cancelled, it will not renew automatically and the billing will not occur at the end of the current billing cycle. For more information: How to cancel the subscription plan.
How to add additional cloud allowance to a Pix4Dcloud subscription?
If a Pix4Dcloud subscription is already active, a cloud allowance upgrade is possible at any time from the manage section of the subscription page. A prorated one-time fee for the remainder of the current billing period will be charged.
What happens if the credit card information is removed from the account page?
If credit card information is removed and is not present for the next billing period, the auto-renewal of the subscription will not take place and the plan will be cancelled. The plan can be restarted at any time and no charges are applied.
Are Cloud data accessible after the subscription is cancelled?
Data are retained on Pix4Dcloud for 180 days after the subscription ends. The access to view all of the previously created 2D maps and 3D models is guaranteed during this period. After the 180 days, the data is deleted. Subscribing to a paid plan within this 180-day window will reactivate all features, and remove the expiry date from the projects and data. How do I change my subscription from Pix4Dcloud to Pix4Dcloud Advanced?
In order to change your subscription from Pix4Dcloud to Pix4Dcloud Advanced, you will need to cancel the current Pix4Dcloud subscription and then purchase a new Pix4Dcloud Advanced subscription. Alternatively, you can contact our Sales Department for assistance.

How do I switch from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription?
In order to switch from the monthly license to the annual license, you will need to cancel the current monthly subscription and then purchase a new annual subscription. Alternatively, you can contact our Sales Department for assistance.

We are a little confused about the billing and wanted to clear it up. We recently noticed we started to get billed for the Yearly subscription but didn't do it intentionally. However, we are interested in starting the yearly billing and according to the webpage we are on the Yearly cycle. But we just receive an invoice for a monthly charge of the standard $350. Can you help us understand which subscription cycle we are currently on? and if we need to make any adjustment to get on to the yearly please provide us with any details?

I can't use my trial licenses. it display "No available licenses found for this account" although I have completed all the activation processes of my account.

ROBERTO MORAN You will need to log out of the software. When in log in again, there will be a list of licenses, you will need to choose your license from there and log in.
When I log in to the iPad app it says no license is found even though I just purchased a subscription for pix4d cloud. How do I fix this? I need to use the app

I can see your license in our system. You need to log in to Pix4Dcloud with your username and password. Let us know if this gives you any problems. If so, please send us a screenshot of the error message by contacting us here.

To modify the results(volume) generated using the Pix4Dmapper desktop version, you need to have a valid license. The Pix4Ddiscovery mode won't let you make those changes.
