Floating license

Note: Your Pix4D license is a floating license, which allows you to log out of Pix4D desktop application on one computer and log in to Pix4D desktop application on another. You do not need to uninstall Pix4D desktop application to move your license to a new computer.

 

Your Pix4D license can activate on a certain number of computers, simultaneously:

    Hello Han, 

    You can download the Pix4Dmapper software and install it on your new computer. For more information visit How to move a Pix4Dmapper license to another computer. I have also deactivated the device that was active on your license. There should now be a free seat on this license that you can use with your new computer.

    Hello Hafzal,

    There are two devices (32GB RAM and 126GB RAM) that use your license. Which one is damaged? I will deactivate the one with the issue.

    The laptop with 32 GB RAM is deactivated. It should be able to use it on another laptop.
