Unable to Process Projects from PIX4Dmatic to PIX4Dcloud
If there are issues when trying to process a project from PIX4Dmatic to PIX4Dcloud, this article summarizes the most common causes and how to resolve them.
1. Check for a valid license: if a “License required” pop-up when attempting to Process in PIX4Dcloud, follow these steps:

Open your Organization Dashboard.

Confirm that both PIX4Dmatic and PIX4Dcloud licenses belong to the same Organization.

Ensure that the PIX4Dcloud license is still valid and active.
2. Verify image limit: PIX4Dcloud currently supports processing of datasets with up to 4,000 images.

If the dataset exceeds this limit, reduce the number of images before uploading.

Consider splitting the project into smaller datasets if necessary.
3. Confirm credit availability: to process a dataset in PIX4Dcloud, the Organization must have sufficient processing credits.
Important: PIX4Dmatic does not notify in advance if the Organization lacks enough credits. If the user proceed, the dataset will upload but remain in “waiting for credits” status until additional credits are available.
