2.2.0 March 2, 2026 Preview Windows Mac

2.2.0

All licenses

New Capabilities

  • Added support for viewing the elevation difference between the base surface and the point cloud in the status bar by hovering over a volume in the 3D viewer

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the default CRS was not consistently suggested when creating a new project from imported images
  • Fixed an issue where the scene origin was not recentered when changing the CRS for imported images, which previously led to precision errors and sparse point clouds during densification

Known issues

  • When a project is uploaded to PIX4Dcloud for processing, and the "Gaussian splat" option is selected, processing will fail. The workaround is to use a previous software version until it is fixed in the next release.
