Beginning in 2026, PIX4D solutions will be subject to a price increase for new customers across all sales channels. This new pricing will start to be applied for new purchases, on or after the 1st of January 2026

General changes and pricing

Will there be a price increase for PIX4D Solution in 2026?

Yes. For One-Time-Charge (OTC) licenses, expect a substantial price increase in 2026. If you are interested in OTC licenses for other products, please ensure that you purchase them before January 1st, 2026.

How will this affect my current One-Time Charge (OTC) license? 

The price increase will not affect the price of your existing OTC license itself. However, your Supports & Updates (S&U) package could be affected by the new pricing structure

What are the new prices in 2026?

Beginning in 2026, PIX4D products will be subject to a price increase for new customers across all sales channels. This new pricing will be applied to new purchases on or after January 1, 2026. New prices will be published on that date.

Will S&U renewal still be available for all OTC customers in 2026?

S&U renewal will remain available to all customers who purchased their OTC licenses before January 1, 2026. For OTC licenses purchased on or after January 1, 2026, S&U will be available on-demand.

Why are you increasing prices? 

These adjustments are necessary to ensure we can continue to invest in developing and improving our product portfolio, delivering continuous innovation, and maintaining the highest standards of support for our customers.

Supports & Updates (S&U) Renewal and Pricing

Do you recommend renewing the S&U of OTC licenses on an annual basis?

Yes, with this approach, you gain access to new capabilities, improvements, bug fixes, and customer and technical support. 

How can I check if the S&U of my license is valid or expired? 

On this page click on ”Manage my account”. Once you are logged in with your email address and password, select the Organization that holds your OTC license. In the section “Plans and licenses”, in Licenses,  you can see the validity of the licenses and the S&U.

The S&U of my license is expired. Can I renew it now?

Yes, you can renew it at the Plans and Licenses section of your organization. To start the purchase, click on “Get support and updates” of the PIX4D license. You can initiate the process by clicking this link.

What is the price of the yearly renewal for the S&U of my OTC license? 

You can find the price in the Plans and License section by clicking on “Get support and updates” during the purchase process.

Please note that for loyal customers who have a valid S&U before the end of 2025, we will keep access to S&U renewal in 2026 at the existing prices. 

Subscriptions

Will the price of my active subscription be increased?

No. The price of your current and active subscription will not be increased in 2026. We encourage you to continue working with it. The new prices will be applied to new subscriptions from 2026.
