      Basemap display issue

      Error

      No basemap/tile is displayed.

      Description

      Pix4D software uses Mapbox as a basemap provider. Mapbox will shut down its Legacy Static tiles API as of November 1st, 2020. Hence, the current and previous version, which uses the older API will have issues with the basemap.

      Solutions

      1. Update the software to the latest version here.
      2. Keep using the older version without basemap. There will be no impact on processing and delivering the results. However, the visual user experience will be lower and some operations may be harder to conduct.
      Information: For perpetual license holders: Valid Support and Updates is required to update the software to the latest version. To renew the Support and Updates, visit How to renew Support and Updates .
