Maintenance plan  - PIX4Dfields

A valid PIX4Dfields Maintenance plan (formerly Support & Upgrades, S&U) provides access to personalized technical support and the most recent version of PIX4Dfields. To extend the Maintenance plan, follow the instructions in this article.

Maintenance plan has not yet expired

To extend the plan before getting expire:

  1. Go to the account page and log in with the credentials of the Pix4D account associated with the license
  2. Go to Your Organizations menu and click on the Dashboard icon next to it.

    Note:  Only the organization's owner can subscribe to a Maintenance Plan. Learn more about Organization Management roles here: Roles. 
  3. Select Plans and licenses on the left-hand side menu.
    1. If Plans and licenses is not available, make sure the correct Organization is selected on the upper-right menu.
  4. Click Get support and upgrade.

    1. You might need to select Licenses tab to view your license details.. 

Note: Only the organization's owner can buy Support and Upgrades. Learn more about Organization Management roles here: Roles.

Maintenance plan has expired

 To renew the Maintenance Plan, follow the same steps as in the previous section.
If the Maintenance Plan has expired, users can still access the latest software version that was available at the time of expiration. For more information: How to download a previous version of a Pix4D software in case of an expired Maintenance Plan. 
 

Important: If the Maintenance Plan for a commercial One-Time Charge (OTC) license expires, a new Maintenance Plan needs to be purchased. This will incur a fee of 15% of the original PIX4Dfields OTC license cost.
