How to export log files - PIX4Dfields

Export the log files from the dashboard
The log files can help diagnose problems related to PIX4Dfields. These files can be accessed following the procedure described below:
- On the dashboard, click settings of the selected project.
- Click Export Log Files.
- Select folder where to save the log files.
- Click Select Folder.
Note: The Log Files contain useful information about the processing of the project. It describes the steps and substeps of processing, the actions taken, the warnings, and the errors during the processing. When contacting PIX4D support, please include all exported log files.
Export the log files from inside the project
- Open the selected project.
- Click the Export button on the top left of the screen
- Select Log files.
- Select folder where to save the log files.
- Click Select Folder.
Copy from PIX4Dfields folder
Windows
- Replace the following location with the correct User name.
- Go to C:\Users\XXXUSERNAMEXXX\AppData\Local\Pix4d\Pix4Dfields\Log
- Copy the "Log" folder.
MacOS
- Replace the following location with the correct User name.
- Go to "/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Pix4d/
- Copy the "Log" folder.
