"Could not authenticate. Invalid e-mail/password combination."

Description

The email or password used when activating a license or logging in the Pix4D website is wrong.

Cause

• There is no Pix4D account created.
• A wrong email or password is used.

Solution

If not having a Pix4D account:

• Create a Pix4D account here.

If having a valid Pix4D account:

Verify that there is no typo in the email address.

Verify that the account is verified/confirmed. Eventually, resend the confirmation (activation) email

If the email address is correct, but the password is not recognized, request a password reset:

1. Open https://account.pix4d.com/

2. Enter your Pix4D account email address and click Continue

3. Click Forgot password?

4. Verify the email address associated with the account and click Reset my password.

5. The password will be sent by email to the email address associated with the account.
