How to remotely deactivate a device

Starting with Pix4D Desktop 4.0.11, you can remotely deactivate a computer that is activated with your Pix4D license. 

To get started with remote computer deactivation:

1. Log out of Pix4D Desktop: How to log out Pix4D Desktop.
2. Go to your license management panel.
3. Click Enable now, next to the remote device deactivation.

4. Launch Pix4D Desktop.

 
Note: Remote device deactivation will not work when the user was not logged out from the Pix4D Desktop before enabling this option.

To remotely deactivate a computer, go to your license management panel and click DeactivateREMOVE.pngContact us if your Pix4D license is occupied by a computer that you cannot deactivate remotely.

 
Note: Your computer must connect to the internet at least once every 30 days, or it will be automatically deactivated.

    Our system is crashed due to device issue we couldn't deactivate the license in SREC account we want need remotely deactivate the system kindly solve the issue

    Hello,
    I have gone ahead and deactivated the device you requested. There should now be a free seat on this license that you can use with another device. Please note that beginning with version 4.0.11 Pix4D desktop, you have the ability to remotely deactivate a device from the administrator portal of your Pix4D account. You can read about that on the top of this page.
