Error e0703a: Could not retrieve list of licenses. Invalid credentials.

Solution

• Please make sure that the correct account credentials are used.
• Check whether the Pix4D Cloud page is accessible.
• Try disconnecting from the internet and opening the software offline. After opening the software, check if it is possible to reconnect to the internet.
• If this does not work, please do a clean uninstall of the software as described in how to completely uninstall PIX4Dmapper.
