Support for PIX4Dcapture app (legacy)
From October 3rd, 2023, PIX4Dcapture is no longer available from the Android Play Store and Apple App Store.
We suggest trying our new flight app: PIX4Dcapture Pro.
If you have questions on the difference between PIX4Dcapture and PIX4Dcapture Pro, please have a look here: Differences between PIX4Dcapture and PIX4Dcapture Pro.
PIX4Dcapture will continue working as usual on the devices where it has already been installed. New app installations will not be possible. Technical support for PIX4Dcapture is only offered through our community page. Bugs or incompatibilities will not be fixed, and no new version will be released. If you are having any issues with our app, we suggest posting it in our community, and we will respond to the issue through the community.
Before you post any questions, we recommend you go through PIX4Dcapture: Basic checklist, support articles on PIX4Dcapture documentation for Android or iOS, and also search in the old threads in the PIX4Dcapture: Community Page.
If you are interested about what are the supported drones in PIX4Dcapture Pro, you can find more information in the following article Supported drones, cameras and controllers - PIX4Dcapture Pro. Remember that most Pix4D software is image acquisition apps agnostic. That means PIX4Dmapper, PIX4Dcloud, PIX4Dmatic, PIX4Dreact, and PIX4Dfields can process images taken with virtually any application (image acquisition app) as long as they are of good quality with sufficient overlap between the images. So, you can use any other image acquisition app and still process the images using our Photogrammetry software, if PIX4Dcapture Pro doesn’t support your drone.

Thank you for understanding.
