How to visualize a project with Autotags in PIX4Dcloud
PIX4Dcloud allows data to be processed from PIX4Dcatch with Autotags. When uploading a dataset, the Autotags can be used as MTPs. This article explains the display of Autotags in the PIX4Dcloud viewer.
Once the project has been processed, it is possible to view it in PIX4Dcloud. There are some differences in the user interface with respect to a standard project:
- View the Autotags under Layers to check which ones have been used during the processing.
- Autotags layer [1]: It contains all the Autogats that were used to process the dataset.
- Autotag point: By clicking on each point, the following information is displayed:
- Autotag name [2]: Name given to the Autotag.
- Autotag settings [3]:
- Visible: Enables the visibility or invisibility of the Autotag icon in the 2D/3D viewer.
- Opacity: Set the opacity level [0-100%] of the Autotag icon in the 2D/3D viewer.
- Coordinates [4]: Refers to the computed coordinates in the output coordinate system of the Autotag.
- Hover or click over each point in the hierarchy to highlight the auto-label icon in the 2D/3D viewer.
- In the right panel, click on each point in the hierarchy to display the computed coordinates of the center part.
- For each Autotag, only the center is displayed, but for each Autotag, 5 points are used in the computation.
- For each Autotag, there are 5 MTPs (Manual Tie Points), one for each corner and the point in the middle that is estimated based on the other 4.
Information: The coded tags can be used directly in PIX4Dcatch, which are detected and marked automatically by the application. For more information, How to use Automatic Tag Detection and Manual GCP Marking - PIx4Dcatch.
