Rental licenses are available for Pix4D products for a defined period of time. If you would like to renew (purchase a new license), please contact our Pix4D sales team or your local reseller.
Rental licenses are licenses available for Pix4D products with a defined period of validity. These licenses do not automatically renew and expire automatically at the end of the rental period.
Rental licenses are generally sold through Pix4D direct sales (excluding e-commerce) and through official Pix4D resellers.
Tip: If you don't want to manually renew your rental license, you can opt to Autorenewal subscriptions. This kind of license can be found on our e-commerce page: https://www.pix4d.com/pricing/.
When will a Rental license expire?
To check the status of your license and find out the expiration date, please follow this procedure:
- Open your account page and log in with your Pix4D account.
- Under Your organizations, select the Dashboard of your organization holding the license(s) you want to check.
- On the left sidebar, select Plans and Licenses.
- Scroll down until you find your license. You will find the expiration date in the Expiration Date row.
Warning: If you are a PIX4Dcloud user or if you are storing PIX4Dcloud projects on your organization account, please make sure to renew your license on time in order to avoid deletion of your data. You can learn more about the data retention policy here: Storage policy - PIX4Dcloud.
How to renew a Rental license?
If you would like to renew the license, please contact our Pix4D sales team or your local reseller, mentioning your Pix4D account (email address), your organization name (if you are part of more than one organization), the product you are interested in, and the duration desired.
