      How to deactivate a device - PIX4Dmatic

      PIX4Dmatic now lets you deactivate devices directly from the app’s home screen without logging into Pix4D account, making it easier to manage and control license distribution across connected devices.

      How to Deactivate the Devices.

      To deactivate a device, follow the below steps:

      • Navigate to userAccount in the top right corner of PIX4Dmatic. Then, click on monitor Device Manager:

      • The total number of active devices is listed. Click on Reclaim Seat to free up a device from the license. This will deactivate the device on that license.

      • Click Done.

      Note: The device deactivation feature is available from version 1.67.0 or a newer version of the software. To download the latest version of PIX4Dmatic, click here.
