What is the difference between self-paced and instructor-led training?

Self-paced online courses offer standardized content and economical pricing. Access the content anytime and anywhere, and contact the Training team with any questions you might have through the built-in messaging system. The interaction is not live, but you can expect a prompt answer. Instructor-led training is taught by a trainer in a live setting so that you can directly ask your questions.

What if I can't find the right course for me?

Contact the Pix4D Training team to discuss potential training options.

Do I need a software license to take the training?

It is not necessary that you own a software license to attend instructor-led training. If you do not own a license, you will be provided with a temporary one for the duration of the instructor-led training. You need a software license for self-paced training, either trial or paid.

What hardware do I need?

A reliable internet connection to access a video call and/or download the course materials.
A computer that meets the minimum hardware requirements to process projects. You can check if your computer supports the software by processing a free dataset.

What are my payment methods?

The payment can be made in EUR, USD, or CHF with PayPal, a credit card, or a wire transfer. If you would like to make the payment through a wire transfer, please contact us at training@pix4d.com.

Are discounts available?

Discounts are available for educational institutions, professors, and students. Please contact Pix4D Training to learn more.

Refund policy

Orders may not be changed, modified, converted, or refunded once an order has been confirmed.
