I am attending to fly a circular flight with inspire 1 and my camera gimbal keep turning the camera to the rear. I also am unable to manually readjust the forward. Can any help

Can you tell me the best angle of the camera for 3D flights mapping and overlap side and front, and altitude? Also the best settings and height for circular model.
