To create a Pix4D user account:
- Go to the sign-up page.
- Complete the sign-up form.
Review and accept the Terms Of Service, and Software EULA.
Review and accept the Privacy Policy. - Click Continue.
- Fill in the details of your organization and click Create.
- Review the Privacy Settings (Communication Preferences and Analytics).
- Click Get Started.
- An email will be sent to your address to activate the account. Please check your inbox and activate your account. If needed, click Resend email.
Important: If an account was created with a misspelled email address, the confirmation email cannot be received. As a result, the account cannot be confirmed and access to all features will not be available. In addition, no transactional emails from Pix4D will be delivered to that email address.
If the email address was entered incorrectly during account creation, create a new account using the correct email address. The incorrectly created account will be automatically deleted after 5 years of inactivity.
It is also possible to log in to account.pix4d.com using the misspelled email address, since the login credentials will still function. From there, the account can be manually deleted as described here: How to delete my PIX4D account.
