Support and Upgrades - PIX4Dreact

A valid PIX4Dreact Support & Upgrades  (S&U)  allows access to personalized technical support and to the most recent version of PIX4Dreact. To extend the S&U follow the instructions in this article.

Support & Upgrades have not yet expired

To extend S&U before getting expire:

  1. Go to the account page and log in with the credentials of the Pix4D account associated with the license
  2. Go to Your Organizations menu and click on the Dashboard icon next to it.

  3. Select Plans and licenses on the left-hand side menu.

    1. If Plans and licenses is not available, make sure the correct Organization is selected on the upper-right menu.
  4. Click Get support and upgrades.

    1. You might need to select Licenses tab to view your license details.. 

Note: Only the organization's owner can buy Support and Upgrades. Learn more about Organization Management roles here: Roles.

Support & Upgrades have expired

To renew the S&U license, simply follow the same steps outlined in the previous section.
In the case of an expired S&U, users can still access the latest version of the software that was available at the time of the expiration. For more information: How to download a previous version of a Pix4D software in case of an expired Support and Upgrade (S&U)

Important: If the Support & Upgrades for a commercial perpetual license expire,  a new S&U license needs to be purchased. This will incur a fee of 15% of the original PIX4Dreact Perpetual license cost.
