Support and Upgrades - PIX4Dreact
A valid PIX4Dreact Support & Upgrades (S&U) allows access to personalized technical support and to the most recent version of PIX4Dreact. To extend the S&U follow the instructions in this article.
Support & Upgrades have not yet expired
To extend S&U before getting expire:
- Go to the account page and log in with the credentials of the Pix4D account associated with the license
- Go to Your Organizations menu and click on the Dashboard icon next to it.
- Select Plans and licenses on the left-hand side menu.
- If Plans and licenses is not available, make sure the correct Organization is selected on the upper-right menu.

- Click Get support and upgrades.
- You might need to select Licenses tab to view your license details..
Note: Only the organization's owner can buy Support and Upgrades. Learn more about Organization Management roles here: Roles.
Support & Upgrades have expired
To renew the S&U license, simply follow the same steps outlined in the previous section.

Important: If the Support & Upgrades for a commercial perpetual license expire, a new S&U license needs to be purchased. This will incur a fee of 15% of the original PIX4Dreact Perpetual license cost.
