Support and Upgrades - PIX4Dreact
A valid PIX4Dreact Support & Upgrades gives access to personal technical support and to new PIX4Dreact versions as soon as they are released. To extend Support & Upgrades follow the instructions below.
Important: If Support & Upgrades expire for a commercial Perpetual License, then the purchase of a full PIX4Dreact license will be required to access any higher or more recent versions. To find the correct version for your license, please visit https://account.pix4d.com/download-software.
Support & Upgrades have not expired yet
To extend Support & Upgrades before getting expired:
- Go to the account page and log in with the credentials of the Pix4D account associated with the license
- Select Plans and licenses on the left-hand side menu.
- If Plans and licenses is not available, make sure the correct Organization is selected on the upper-right menu.

- Go to the Licenses tab, and click Advanced settings.
- Go to the active license panel, and next to Support & Upgrades, click Extend now.
