How to buy a subscription plan

This article explains how to purchase a new or different subscription product.

 

Note:  A Manager or Owner role within the organization is required to purchase a subscription plan. For additional information about roles: Organization Management > Roles.

  1. Go to the e-commerce shop page.
  2. Select the desired Pix4D product.
  3. Click Buy now.
  4. Select the organization where the subscription should be assigned.
  5. After the subscription, the plan will appear in your organization dashboard under Plans and Licenses. 

Important: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the validity period. To cancel a subscription, please follow this procedure: How to cancel a subscription plan.
