This means that if your payments information has not been recently updated in your Pix4D user account, new and recurring purchases for Pix4D products may be declined.
To ensure you can continue to purchase and renew Pix4D products, follow these easy steps:
- On pix4d.com, click on Login to access your Pix4D user account.
- In Account settings, ensure your personal details, billing information and company details are up to date.
- Under Payment method, delete and re-enter your credit card information.
