Support and Upgrades - PIX4Dfields


A valid PIX4Dfields Support & Upgrades allows access to personalized technical support and to the most recent version of PIX4Dfields. To extend Support & Upgrades follow the instructions below.

Important: If Support & Upgrades expire for a commercial Perpetual License then the purchase of a full PIX4Dfields license will be required for accessing any higher or more recent versions. This does not apply to educational users.

Support & Upgrades have not yet expired 

To extend Support & Upgrades before getting expired:

  1. Go to the PIX4Dcloud page and login with the credentials of the Pix4D account associated with the license
  2. In the top right corner, click the user icon to open the user menu.
  3. Select Plans and products.

    Select Plans and products from the user tab.

  4. Go to the tab of Licenses, and click Manage licenses.

    Select Manage licenses from the Licenses section.

  5. Go to the panel of the active license, and next to Support & Upgrades, click Extend now.

Support & Upgrades have expired

If Support & Upgrades have expired please contact sales for more information on reinstatement.
