A valid PIX4Dfields Support & Upgrades allows access to personalized technical support and to the most recent version of PIX4Dfields. To extend Support & Upgrades follow the instructions below.

Support & Upgrades have not yet expired
To extend Support & Upgrades before getting expired:
- Go to the PIX4Dcloud page and login with the credentials of the Pix4D account associated with the license
- In the top right corner, click the user icon to open the user menu.
- Select Plans and products.
Select Plans and products from the user tab.
- Go to the tab of Licenses, and click Manage licenses.
Select Manage licenses from the Licenses section.
- Go to the panel of the active license, and next to Support & Upgrades, click Extend now.
Support & Upgrades have expired
If Support & Upgrades have expired please contact sales for more information on reinstatement.
