A valid Support & Updates allows access to personalized technical support and to the most recent version of PIX4Dfields. To extend your Support & Updates follow the instructions below.
If your Support and Updates have not yet expired
- From the PIX4Dcloud page, log in with the credentials of the PIX4D account associated with the license.
- In the top right corner, click the user icon to open the user menu [1].
- Select License Management [2].
- Go to the panel of the active license, and next to Support & Updates, click Extend now.
If your Support and Updates have expired
If Support and Updates have expired please contact sales for more information on reinstatement.
