Export the log files from the dashboard

The log files can help diagnose problems related to PIX4Dfields. These files can be accessed following the procedure described below:

  1. On the dashboard, click settings Settings.png of the selected project.
  2. Click Export Log Files.
  3. Select folder where to save the log files.
  4. Click Select Folder.

Note: The Log Files contain useful information about the processing of the project. It describes the steps and substeps of processing, the actions taken, the warnings, and the errors during the processing. When contacting PIX4D support, please include all exported log files.

Export the log files from inside of the project

  1. Open the selected project.
  2. Click the Export button on the top left of the screen export.png
  3. Select Log files.
  4. Select folder where to save the log files.
  5. Click Select Folder.
