How to get a trial of PIX4Dreact

Both new and existing PIX4D accounts are eligible for a 15-day free subscription to PIX4Dreact.
A PIX4Dreact trial begins when you log in to PIX4Dreact for the first time.

Download

Download PIX4Dreact and install it.

Login

In order to log in to PIX4Dreact:

1. Double-click the PIX4Dreact shortcut created on the desktop. The first time the software opens, the License agreement window appears.
2. Read and accept the Pix4D Customers General Terms and Conditions to continue. Click NEXT.
3. Type the Email Address and Password of the PIX4D account and click LOGIN.

4. (first-time login) An automatic 15-days free subscription will be generated for use.
5. Select the license.
6. Click NEXT.

PIX4Dreact is now ready to be used.

 
Note: Click Forgot password to reset the PIX4D account password. Click Sign up here to create a new PIX4D account.
 
Note: If you have issues while logging in to PIX4Dreact trial license Contact us.

Language settings

PIX4Dreact is currently available in English, German, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, and Portuguese, Korean, Italian, French, Russian, Ukrainian. Further language options will be available shortly.

    I would suggest you open a support ticket by clicking “Contact Support” located at the top of this page and provide all the required information so that we can investigate the issue.

    Hi Gary, 

    From the admin panel, I could see you were able to login to the software. If the issue is not solved, can you forward me the log file(C:\Users\<windows user name>\Pix4Dreact\Log) in the support ticket that you have already created?

    Aloha,
    This is the 2nd email.
    I open an a account with the wrong email and gave my cc to pay for e react account. I was charge on my cc. But because I used the wrong email I can’t log in can someone help plz. I used hn_nc@outlook.com instead of
    hn-nc@outlook.com

    Hello, yes I see the license under this email hn_nc@outlook.com. I can transfer the license but first please make sure to export your projects (if you have some under this account hn_nc@outlook.com). Let us know once you do this.

    Hi, I purchased the monthly license and when it said to activate with license key it would not work. The email I received when I purchased it only had an invoice. Can you help me?

    Hello please, I intend to use the trial version of pix4d mapper for about 1 hour but I am not able to use it because, after creating my account, I and installing the software I only get the discovery version. No trail license has been made available to my account, hence I only get the discovery version. Please help me out on this issue. I need it urgently. I will be much grateful for your help
