Bug fixes

  • Fixed the crash when closing the project tab. Related to Windows Update KB4551762 for Windows versions 1903 and 1909.
  • Fixed the crash when closing an unsaved project tab when multiple tabs are open.

  • On macOS, the app sometimes crashes when the app is closed by right-clicking on the icon of the app in the dock and selecting Quit.

  • Seamless import of processed Pix4Dmapper projects (.p4d). Start the vectorization using original images and generated point cloud.
  • Import point clouds created with photogrammetry, laser scanners, LiDAR or other third-party tool in .las or.laz format.

Known issues

  • Pix4Dsurvey is crashing when closing the project tab. The crash only happens on Windows 10 devices with the Windows Update KB4551762 for Windows versions 1903 and 1909. Fixed in 1.0.1.
    • On macOS, the app sometimes crashes when the app is closed by right-clicking on the icon of the app in the dock and selecting Quit.
