    Jose, We can deactivate that device for you, we would need the email ID associated with that license. You would then need to log out of discovery and log in again by selecting the license as Pix4DMapper.

    I think I got your email ID. Unfortunately, we can offer a trial license for our Pix4D products for a limited time and we have been notified that you have requested multiple trial licenses using other Pix4D accounts in the past. We understand that you would like to learn more, so we ask you to consider taking advantage of Pix4Ddiscovery or a 30-day rental to one of our products. Please keep in mind that each Pix4D license is a floating license, which allows you to activate Pix4D desktop application on as many devices as the number of seats included with your license.     Sorry, i replay from smartphone. On my business pc, the trial version is working fine,but the PC is a business pc. My idea,for.personal use,Was floatr the licenze to home pc to avoid problem. Unfortunately, my husband, to test the program ,to obtain the certification in november 19, have expired her account and, due this, the pc now is locked for ever. Ok..no problem..i'll test on business pc until the expire date but unfotunately i can't use this pc due the vacation of my job. Thank's the same! Have a nice we. Jose

    Hi,

    I'm currently working my way through the Pix4Dmapper Essentials/Certification. I've just installed the software and been prompted to activate my email address (which I've done) but when I then try to login to the software it just doesn't do anything! My credentials are definitely correct. I need some help on this ASAP please.

    Our system shows that you have already tried our trial software that is the reason you are no longer able to activate the new one. If you want to further use the software, I would suggest you to purchase the license from our store. This should solve your issue. If you have any more question feel free to contact Technical Sales

    Estimado Joel,

    No he podido encontrar una licencia de Pix4Dmapper asociada a su cuenta. He desactivado los dispositivos activos en Pix4Dfields y ParrotFields. Recuerde que usted puede hacer esto desde la pantalla principal del software. Debe cerrar sesión de Pix4Dfields en un dispositivo para poder ingresar al otro. Si tiene dudas, no dude en contactarnos.

    How does the floating license for Pix4D work?  Do I need to host a license manager on a server or is it cloud based?

    Hello Faisal, 

    The floating license allows activating on a certain number of computers simultaneously. You can log out of Pix4D Desktop on one computer and log in to Pix4D Desktop on another. You do not need to uninstall Pix4D Desktop to move your license to a new computer. For more details, please refer to the website, Floating license.  You can also remotely deactivate a computer that is activated with your Pix4D license. (Please visit the website, How to remotely deactivate a device activated with your Pix4Dmapper license). You do not need to host a license manager.

    Hi Hong ilyoung,

    I have manually deactivated the devices selected in the red box from the license key associated with your account. There should now be 29 free seats on this license that you can use.
