    I am trying to figure out how to use the calibration option under the initial processing options step 1 but I only have the general tab and not the matching or calibration tab. Any help much appreciated..

    Hi Tony!

    Please open the Processing Options Window and mark the Advanced option which is located in the left-bottom corner of the window.
    It'll activate the Matching and Calibration tabs. You can read more about calibration options in our article here

    My name is Samer Rahwanji, I started an account about a couple of months back as a discovery for the software , while I have not done anything in terms of projects yet, am learning through some of the tutorials.

    And since then I got a parrot drone Power 3D modelling which I am told comes with a one year s/w licence. I wanted to find out the details of how I get the license, and when to start it etc , if you would be kind enough to let me know. I am told that once the S/w locks on the drone’s serial number it will start ? Thank you

    Hi 

    I tried to activate Free trial licence to my personal email . I got an error, Then I tried new Google account and created  new account to check any issue with my gmail. 

    but I get  this error pix4d licence 

    Error e0706d: Could not acquire the license. The license is disabled.

    I am unable to get my 15-day trial license even after clicking on activate account on the email i received and apart from that I even tried to get 15-day trial license by going to the license menu but it redirected me to cloud again stating 'No valid License' . Help me.

    i installed the trial version and even after activation, the 15 day trial license has not been made available and the software is still in discovery mode which limits output. 

    can i get any help with this?. I have tried several times.

    Hola buenas tardes, deseo saber como soluciono el problema de mi licencia anual. Tuve que cambiar el disco rígido de mi notebook, en el disco nuevo baje el programa pix4Dfields ingreso correo y clave y me informa que mi licencia vence el 30 de enero de 2021, con clave de producto: 5c9a273c, pero no me permite entrar a mi licencia anual.
    Serian tan amable de decirme como resuelvo este problema, ya que la licencia es anual y no quiero perderla por el costo que significa para nosotros.

    Hi Miguel, 

    The reason you were not able to log in is that the license was used on your older device. I have remotely deactivated the device that was activated with your Pix4Dfields license. You should now be able to log in and access your license.

    I have two computers in my school lab. But 2020.6.5 first activated computer(named ipd-blocked) had broken OS(windows 10 pro) because of SSD problem. 

    So I can't deactivate or log out my account. Also in license page I can't do anything. How can I get rid of first computer license?

    I have a perpetual license and installed a new computer.
    There is nothing in the list of active devices. But the remaining devices is 2/2.
    so in license page I can't do anything

    Hi to all, sorry for troubble.

    I created an account on my work pc (business) to be able to test pix4d mapper in trial version. Registration was successful. from control panel it gives me a 15-day trial license activated. I downloaded and installed the program not on registration pc (business pc) but on a home pc. when I launch it, logging in, it makes me go into discovery mode saying no license available. The home pc was used to do a pix4d course in November 2019 by my husband. I'm loggin with my registration data.how can i activate the trial version? Thank you
