    I am trying to figure out how to use the calibration option under the initial processing options step 1 but I only have the general tab and not the matching or calibration tab. Any help much appreciated..

    Hi Tony!

    Please open the Processing Options Window and mark the Advanced option which is located in the left-bottom corner of the window.
    It'll activate the Matching and Calibration tabs. You can read more about calibration options in our article here

    Let me Kindly ask you for the license of Alvelia s.r.o. we are not getting e-mails advising that the project is in process and how. much time it will take as well as we have not received your invoice for automatic monthly prolonged period Feb - March 2019.

    Hello Sirs ,

    My name is Samer Rahwanji, I started an account about a couple of months back as a discovery for the software , while I have not done anything in terms of projects yet, am learning through some of the tutorials.

    And since then I got a parrot drone Power 3D modelling which I am told comes with a one year s/w licence. I wanted to find out the details of how I get the license, and when to start it etc , if you would be kind enough to let me know. I am told that once the S/w locks on the drone’s serial number it will start ? Thank you

    I tried to activate Free trial licence to my personal email . I got an error, Then I tried new Google account and created  new account to check any issue with my gmail. 

    but I get  this error pix4d licence 

    Error e0706d: Could not acquire the license. The license is disabled.
