I just got first month free, but does not work, how could I download it again?

  • Daniel (Pix4D)

    Hello Jorge,

You can download the software here.

    Regards.

I want to renew my subscription now and it doesn't give me the option.

  • Kapil (Pix4D)

    Hi Paul,

The renew of support and updates is not required for the yearly license user.  If you want to renew your subscription, you can simply go to the store and purchase the new yearly license.

    Regards.

We have renewed our license a couple of days ago and we show a non commercial license that will not allow us to use the 3 DSM step

Please update our license or let us know how to update

    Hi Dave,

It looks like you are logged in using the Discovery mode. First, I would recommend you to log out of the Pix4Dmapper Desktop. Then, when you log in back, you will see a window like the one attached below. Select the available license you want to use and click ok.

I have not renewed my access due to lack of work as a result of covid-19 placing client projects on hold.  Can I gain access to projects already processed to show to prospective new clients?  Or do I need to pay the monthly fee?

  • Kapil (Pix4D)

    Hi Jim,

Accordingly to our Pix4Dcloud retention policy, cloud projects will only be deleted 6 months after the end of the validity of the license. This is valid for monthly, yearly, and OTC licenses. If you had a valid license few months ago, you should be able to access your cloud projects. For more information, I would recommend you to go through our support article on Retention policy of Pix4Dcloud projects.

If I have the perpetual license and don't renew the updates on year 2 and decide to renew on year 3 later am I still able to? If so, what would the renewal price for updates be on the 3rd year of ownership?

I would recommend that you contact our Technical Sales team to get additional information about the renewal of the Support and Upgrade.
