The system is unstable for laptops with Nvidia and HD Intel graphics cards

The system is unstable on laptops with Nvidia and HD INtel graphics cards on Windows 7 and 8.

For such configurations, the system is unstable: the screen blinks or it turns black, Windows shows the log in window, there is a blue screen of death, etc.

This happens when updating the Nvidia graphics drivers using the Nvidia GeForce Experience Tool or when downloading the latest drivers from the Nvidia web site. The issue occurs due to the Nvidia Optimus Technology.

A) Install older versions of the Nvidia graphics drivers.

1. Uninstall the latest Nvidia graphics drivers.
2. Reboot the computer.
3. The Windows Update tool will automatically install the older drivers for which the issue is not present.

B) Update to Windows 10.
