This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to log out of PIX4Dmapper.
To log out of PIX4Dmapper:
1. Make sure that there is an Internet connection for this procedure.
2. Open PIX4Dmapper on the computer where it is currently registered.
3. On the right side of the toolbar, click the user options button and click Log Out...
4. Confirm the action by clicking OK.

good day By mistake, I subscribed to a monthly plan of the PIX4D MODELER, I realized that it does not expose the results, so I subscribed again for 1 month to PIX4D MAPPER, But when I process and I want to export the work, I see that the notes appear in parentheses that THIS VERSION DOES NOT POSE, referring to the MODELER, for which I already pay for the versions of MODELER and MAPPER. When you log out of Pix4D desktop (as described above) and log in again, you will see a window like the one attached. Select the license you want to work with and click ok. That will enable you to log in to mapper/ modeler.

I log out and delete the software on my previous computer but now i can not log in on my new computer, apparently the license still attahced to my previous computer. the issue is that i dont have it anymore.

hola buen dia, formatee mi maquina el dia de ayer y desconocia que se tenia que cerrar cesion en pix4d, hoy al instalar el software no me permite ingresar me dice que ya estan en unso las dos licencias que tenia se podra cerrar cesion para que pueda utilizarlo gracias:

Actualmente tenemos la licencia Flotante para escritorio, al parecer 2 de los PC que nos aparecen no se cerraron las secciones y estos fueron formateados, es necesario para nuestra empresa poder desabilitar estos dos equipos para que podamos activar en los nuevos equipos, que procedimiento podemos realiza ya que no nos permite desabilitarlas desde la cuenta.

Contamos con una licencia del software, sin embargo el equipo con el que trabajamos ha tenido fallas en su funcionamiento y fue necesario reinstalar el sistema operativo, requerimos de su apoyo para que se desactive el equipo nombrado como R8 con el fin de poder instalarlo nuevamente y poder utilizarlo.
