How to log out Pix4Dmapper Desktop

 

1. To log out Pix4D Desktop using the software: 

1. Make sure that there is an Internet connection for this procedure.
2. Open the software on the computer where it is currently registered.
3. On the right side of the toolbar, click the user options button user.png and click Log Out...

4. Confirm the action by clicking OK.

    By mistake, I subscribed to a monthly plan of the PIX4D MODELER,
    I realized that it does not expose the results, so I subscribed again for 1 month to PIX4D MAPPER,
    But when I process and I want to export the work, I see that the notes appear in parentheses that THIS VERSION DOES NOT POSE, referring to the MODELER, for which I already pay for the versions of MODELER and MAPPER.
    Finally, I just want to know how to properly download and use the MAPPER before the expiration of my license for 1 month of USA.350.

    Hi Marcelo,

    When you log out of Pix4D desktop (as described above) and log in again, you will see a window like the one attached. Select the license you want to work with and click ok. That will enable you to log in to mapper/ modeler.

    I log out and delete the software on my previous computer but now i can not log in on my new computer, apparently the license still attahced to my previous computer. the issue is that i dont have it anymore.

     

    Could you please log out my account from all devices in order to be able to log in on my new one? .
