    Good day,

I would like to find out with which version of Pix4Dmapper the eMotion export tool as shown above is available for use.

I currently have a version 4.2.27 version Pix4d installed (which does not show the export tools for eMotion).

    I also have eMotion installed.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi Hendrik,

The export tool should be available for all Pix4Dmapper versions. As mentioned above, this tool is displayed if 2 conditions are being satisfied: eMotion is installed on the same device and step 3. DSM, Orthomosaic and Index is generated.

    Hope this helps.

    All the best,

    Teodora

    Hi Theodora,

I have processed a project again to see if the export tools is showing.

I have complied with the above mentioned requirements, but the eMotion export tool does not appear.

Is this perhaps because I am using a custom template?

Or is it because my information is South Orientated?

We are situated in South Africa.

    Regards,

    Hendrik

    Hi Hendrik,

Did you create TMS-compatible tilesets, yet? In Pix4Dmapper, choose "Generate Google Maps tiles and KML", then you should be able to Send Map to eMotion from the Process menu.

If that does not work, can you try uninstalling both the software and installing both of them again?

Please make sure eMotion is not open when using this Pix4D feature.

Let us know if anything works.

    Hi Momtanu,

Yes I have created the compatable tilesets and I have also now reinstalled both software.

Emotion is also closed when I am using Pix4d.

But I am still not able to use this feature.

I will try and find a way to see what is causing this.

    Thanks

Hendrik, can you also please contact sensefly? I am sure they will be able to give some input.
