The Log Output bar contains valuable information about the steps and substeps of processing, the actions taken, the warnings, and the errors during the processing. It is an important piece of information during project processing as it helps in the early detection of errors.
IN THIS ARTICLE
It displays the log bar. The displayed information depends on the selected Levels and Options. If a keyword, character, or number is used in the Searching Engine, the displayed log only shows the strings containing these elements.

Hi Murat. These warnings do not necessarily mean there is a problem. Is there a specific issue you are encountering?
why is it doing this?
[Warning]: Warning w9020: GDAL Error <4> `C:/Users/A120Drone/Documents/pix4d/191020-rework/191020-reworked/1_initial/project_data/thumbnails/IX-12-78942_0047_IX-12-78942_0047_0218_512.jpg' not recognized as a supported file format.
Without reviewing the entire log its difficult to know. As they are warnings it may not be critical. Is processing failing at any stage?
can u tell me how to extract the log files from Pix4D Mapper?
The log file is located in the root project directory. It is a .log file that you can view in any text editor.
Please help me to solve the following problem. I passed first two stages, but I am stuck at third one.
[2020.03.11 18:44:05][ 71%RAM][ 27%CPU][Warning]: Warning w9020: GDAL Error <4> //files.win.olds/staff/ymykhaylichenko/pix4d/15-16 RGB March 11 (80 m)/1_initial/project_data/thumbnails/DJI_0995_512.jpg: No such file or directory
The issue you are experiencing is a common problem while your machine does not have enough RAM for the processing.
Please reduce resources and shown in the image below and reprocess Step 3.
If it will not solve the problem, please follow our instructions from this article and reduce the Processing Options for Step 2.
Let me know if you need anything else.
If there was a loss of power, how do i continue from where i left when the power comes back whilst was working in "read-only/processing" mode
You can't continue from where you left. However, you don't have to repeat the step that is already processed before power loss. For example, if you had a power loss during step 2, then you have to only process step 2 and step 3.
How do I command the system to start at step 2 and then step 3 without starting at step 1?
Hi Simbarashe Kwashiwa,
You cannot process Step 2 or 3 without processing Step 1.
If Step 1 is processed and you don't want to process it again, please uncheck the box of Step 1 and mark Step 2 and 3 as in the example below.
Can you help me to understand and solve my problems with this processing ? Lots of [error] message particulary in step 3.
Where can i send you the log file ? I made a wetransfert https://we.tl/t-2BGCV9QU7F .
Thanks for your help
