      Error e0067: "Detected camera name_focal_resolution. This camera is not supported by this edition of PIX4Dmapper. To process more cameras, contact Pix4D."

      Error e0067: "Detected camera name_focal_resolution. This camera is not supported by this edition of PIX4Dmapper. To process more cameras, contact Pix4D."

       


      Description

      When importing images in PIX4Dmapper, the following error message appears:

      Error e0067: "Detected camera name_focal_resolution. This camera is not supported by this edition of PIX4Dmapper. To process more cameras, contact Pix4D."

       

      Cause

      This error may come from:

      • The camera database is not updated.
      • The camera is supported but the resolution is not supported.

       

      Solution

      The camera database is not updated

      Update the camera database:

      1. Make sure that there is internet connection.
      2. Close the software.
      3. Open the software and the camera database will be automatically updated.

      Information: To check the version of the camera database, in the menu bar, go to: Help > Settings... > Camera Database.
       

       

      The camera is supported but the resolution is not supported

      Only the highest resolution is supported. Take the images again and make sure that the images are taken with the highest resolution.

      Note: To obtain the best results with PIX4Dmapper it is recommended to use the highest image resolution.
