Given circuit:

To check the behavior of the circuit analyze the given circuit at different frequencies.

\(\frac{{{V_{out}}}}{{{V_{in}}}} = \frac{{\frac{1}{{sc}}}}{{R + \frac{1}{{sc}}}}\)

\(\frac{{{V_{out}}}}{{{V_{in}}}} = \frac{1}{{sRC + 1}}\)

\({V_{out}} = \frac{1}{{sRC + 1}}{V_{in}}\)

\(\left| {\frac{{{V_{out}}}}{{{V_{in}}}}} \right| = \frac{1}{{\sqrt {1 + {\omega ^2}{R^2}{C^2}} }}\)

**For ω = 0:**

\(\left| {\frac{{{V_{out}}}}{{{V_{in}}}}} \right| = 1\)

**For ω = ∞ (High frequency):**

\(\left| {\frac{{{V_{out}}}}{{{V_{in}}}}} \right| = 0\)
