How to assign images to two Camera Models - PIX4Dmapper
You can assign a unique camera model to groups of images that you captured with the same type of camera so that each group of images is optimized independently.
Tip: This is useful when you are using:
- Two or more of the same camera. All images will have the same EXIF ID, even though they were taken with different cameras.
- The same camera to take images under different conditions, including flights at different heights above the same ground or extreme variations in ambient temperature, but want to process all images in one project.
To assign a unique camera model to groups of images that you captured with the same type of camera:
- Create a new project for each set of images that you want to be optimized independently: Step 2. Creating a Project.
- Save the projects without processing any steps: Menu Project.
- Exit the projects: Menu Project.
- Create a new project by merging the sub-projects.
- Process the merged project. For more information about how to process a project: Step 4. Processing.
