Error: "Error with the server" while uploading to Pix4D Cloud - PIX4Dmapper

Error

"Εrror with the server".

Description

When uploading a project to Pix4D cloud, the project is not getting uploaded 100% and the following error appears: "Εrror with the server".

Cause

There is a limit of 100 characters for the directory (path) and the name of the input files. It applies to the images and the project folder. If the name is long and/or if the files are stored in a complex directory, it can be that this exceeds the limit of maximum 100 characters.

Solution

1. Use a shorter name for the project.
2. Use a shorter path for the project.
3. Use a shorter path for the images.
