Error: "Maximum number of devices already activated. Deactivate one of the active devices and try again. ".

Description

Error when activating PIX4Dmapper in a device.

Cause

The license is already used in the maximum amount of allowed devices.

Solution 1

Important: Make sure the computer is connected to Internet for this procedure.

1. Open the software in a computer with an active device.

Note: If there is no access to this computer, contact technical support.

2. On the right side of the toolbar, click the user options button and click Log Out...
3. On the pop up, click OK.
4. The license can, now, get activated in another computer.

Note: If the maximum amount of devices is achieved but is needed to install on more computers, contact Sales team.
